Return Policy
Limited Warranty
All equipment sold by GFI Warehouse is guaranteed to be free of defect for the manufacturers warranty period (Normally 1 year unless described otherwise) from the time of shipment, under the condition that the product has been properly installed and operated properly. All items proven defective within the one year period will be replaced by GFI Warehouse. In the event that we cannot provide a replacement your monies will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any consequential losses or damages outside of the defective product as well as any replacements or repairs performed by another party without our written authorization.
ISSUES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Electrical items that have not been properly installed that show signs of burning at the terminals or at the contact point of the panels power distribution bus due to improper connections are not covered under warranty.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be approved by a GFI Warehouse representative with an RMA (return merchandise agreement) number. All returns of product that is not determined to be defective performed within 30 days of shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee for in stock items and up to a 50% restocking fee for special order or non stock items. Items are non-returnable outside 30 days of shipment date. Any returned products that are not packaged properly and suffer damage are not the responsibility of GFI Warehouse.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
All customers agree to the terms and conditions printed on all GFI Warehouse invoices, quotes, purchase orders and sales order forms. As well as all other official forms and documents we use in correspondence.
